Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of delivery to arrange a return or an exchange. Items must be returned unused and in a sellable condition in the original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot except a refund or exchange for the Day and Night knickers. In order for us to complete your return please make sure you include your proof of purchase when returning your product.

Postage costs for the return of goods are not our responsibility and are to be covered in full by the customer returning the goods.

Delivery

Postage and Packaging charges are as follows:

UK Standard Delivery - £4. Delivered within 3 – 5 working days.

UK Next Working Day - £10.00. Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday - Friday for delivery the next day. Orders placed for next day delivery after 3pm on Friday will NOT be dispatched until Monday

EU (including Ireland) - £5.99. Delivered within 5 – 10 working days.

WORLDWIDE - £9.95. Delivered within 7 – 14 working days.

We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising from non-delivery.

Terms and Conditions

We cannot take liability if you do not follow our care guidelines included with the garment if this results in damage to your product.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at info@siku-moja.com as soon as possible after entering your details. However, once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to make any changes. Please refer to our return policy if you wish to change an order after it has been processed.
